Join TWA career USA program during or after your studies

► Currently enrolled or have graduated from a full-time
hospitality or tourism degree outside the USA in the past year.
► At least 6 months of recent and relevant hospitality working experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
► If not enrolled in or graduated from a full-time hospitality or tourism degree outside the USA, need to have at least five years of hospitality working experience outside the USA.
► English skills are good/fluent.
► Motivated, enthusiastic and professional.

Present your candidate to your contact person at TWA by sending his/her CV per email (please add your interview observations).

TWA will screen your resume and if we can assist your
candidate, we will register them online and send you the login details.

Complete his/her profile; fill out his/her online resume and upload the following documents; passport, diploma/enrolment letter, recent reference letter(s) and a professional photo.

TWA will find an ideal program for your candidate and when he/she accepts the offer, a Skype web cam interview will be scheduled ; it’s a role-play job interview to prepare you for the actual interview with the hotel.

TWA presents your candidates resume to the hotel for interview(s) for the program.

Once hired, the visa application starts; fees are due and TWA will support and arrange visa paperwork.

Candidate will receive the official visa papers by courier and book your us consulate visit for the visa.

Once candidate receives his/her visa they can book his/her flight and travel to get started on there new career!

Who Are We Looking For

► Young hotel/culinary professionals (18-35 years).
► With a hotel /culinary degree.
► At least 6 months working experience in a 4/5 star hotel in the department they want to apply for (Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and Culinary).
► Good working English.
